Children's charter and codes of behaviour
The children and staff have drawn up rules (these are reviewed yearly) to ensure the safety and well being of all children attending the club as well as the play care staff. All children and staff should feel happy and secure in the club, the club should run efficiently and respect for people and property in the club must be maintained. These can be found on our notice board at the centre. We have used the wellbeing buddies of Safe Stella Healthy Henry Achieving Andrew Nurtured Nora Active Aamir Respected Rhiya Responsible Robbie Included Isobella. Safe Healthy Don't leave with out parent/carer Don't be greedy, don't waste food, eat Tell staff where you are going healthy food. Check in when you come out of school Be active and play outside, not too much Be sensibly on the walk to and from School Screen time and out in our community Do things that make you happy No budging or tripping people up Speak out when sad don't hold it in Achieving Nurtured Make good choices Help look after the little ones and each other Be confident in who you are be kind and polite, remember your manners Be the best you can be and always try you Be helpful and kind to others might not succeed first time Active Respected Be active and try new sports new things Treat others as you would like to be treated Don't be a sore looser or winner Be kind and respectful to each other, staff, Don't laugh if someone misses a goal visitors and centre staff No cheating, no lashing out and booting the ball Be respectful and look after the equipment Don't change teams and resources help tidy up. Stop playing if someone is hurt Always try your best be a good sport Responsible Included Be responsible for you own things Share with others and include them in Don't mess about in the toilets or your play changing rooms Talk to others who maybe new so they Look after toys don't waste paper and other things so they don't feel left out Set a good example for the little guys Think before you speak and don't brag Walk up and down the road sensibly Help tidy up outside and in Tell the truth don't lie But most of all have fun this is your club we welcome new ideas and suggestions A wide variety of activities are available at the club including art and craft, board games, computer games, snooker, football, dancing, badminton, benchball , outdoor activities (weather permitting). Holiday activities include music, drama, bus trips and much much more. |
